At Petiholic, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the details below regarding our shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you place your order. After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your package has been shipped.
In the event of high order volumes or delays, we will notify you immediately. Please note that shipping times do not include the order processing time.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM PST for same-day processing).
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 10-15 business days, depending on your location.
- Express International Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Please note that the above delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. You can review the total shipping cost before confirming your purchase.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. This will be automatically applied during checkout for eligible orders. Free shipping does not apply to expedited or overnight shipping options.
5. International Shipping & Customs Fees
We ship internationally to select countries. However, please note that additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply based on your country’s import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Customs clearance procedures may also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If you have any concerns regarding international shipping, please contact us at support@petiholic.com.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website by entering your tracking number in the “Track Your Order” section.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@petiholic.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
8. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
If you provide an incorrect shipping address or your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
